Planning & Design Poultry Buildings

Morspan Construction Ltd takes Health & Safety very seriously to enable the project to run smoothly and incident free and to benefit the client in the long run.
Morspan Construction is a member of RIDBA (Rural & Industrial Design and Building Association), and works very closely with NFU Risk Management services as well as employing their own Health & Safety advisor.

Once an order has been placed with Morspan Construction Ltd a document breaking down the roles and responsibilities within the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 is sent to the client.

Morspan then guide the client through the procedure to make sure that the project is compliant with the regulation and the F10 has been completed to notify the HSE. An F10 form is used to notify HSE of any Construction project which falls under the CDM 2007 regulations.

 A project is notifiable if the construction phase:

• Will be longer than 30 days.
• Will involve more than 500 person days of construction work.

During these extremely difficult times we all face at the moment, we would like to thank all our staff for their efforts in maintaining  the level of service that Morspan customers expect from us.

We have all had to adjust to work to the Government guidelines whether that be from home or implementing new procedures in both production facilities and on site. We are committed to ensuring our employees safety at all times as well as our customers.
