Morspan Team
Morspan Construction Ltd, have dedicated staff, many of whom have worked for the company for a number of years, taking the opportunity to undertake training and development and progressing through the organisation. Those staff recently joined bring with them new fresh ideas to further enhance our team as our business grows.
Allan Thomas
Grew up and worked on the family farm, involving mixed, beef, sheep, dairy and arable farming.
Studied and acquired a National Diploma in Agriculture.
Worked in the poultry shed construction industry since 1993 and became a Director and shareholder of Morspan Construction Ltd Construction Ltd in 2006.
Donald Gillespie
Grew up on the family pig and poultry farm near Leven, Fife.
Studied Agriculture / Applied Animal Science at Aberdeen University
Started working for Morspan Construction Ltd in 2015 as Technical Sales Advisor.
In 2017 became a Sales Director of Morspan Construction Ltd.
Tom Arthur
Grew up locally and worked for Morspan Construction Ltd as a student in 1995 whilst obtaining a BSc Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams Agricultural College.
In 2003 returned to work full time with Morspan Construction Ltd within the drawing department advancing to become one of the senior draughtsmen responsible for the design process and CE Marking compliance. In 2015 became Technical Director for Morspan Construction Ltd Construction Ltd.
Joe Davies
Joined Morspan Construction Ltd shortly after leaving college in 1997. Working in many different departments, retrained as a draughtsman in 2008, drawing on his knowledge from many years’ experience on the shop floor, he has creating many of the components used in our buildings.
Francis Randell
Qualified and experienced in Management with 35 years’ experience, working for ICI, Exxon Chemicals, BBA and Fibreweb both in the UK and abroad. Joined Morspan Construction Ltd in 2015, as Safety Officer, responsible for all aspects of H&S, including the approval and monitoring of all Sub-Contractors.
Paul Ward
With over 20 years experience in Management, I Joined Morspan to take up the role of Site Manager and in January 2021 I gained my CDM 2015 qualification. Responsibilities cover all aspects of the day-to-day site activities including Health and Safety inspections, work coordination, liaising with clients and the supervising of onsite contractors.
