Morspan Construction Ltd, have dedicated staff, many of whom have worked for the company for a number of years, taking the opportunity to undertake training and development and progressing through the organisation. Grew up on the family farm near Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.
On leaving school worked for a local firm of Land Agents and Auctioneers.
Studied Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.
Started working for Morspan Construction Ltd in 1991 and became a Director and shareholder of the company in 2006.
Grew up and worked on the family farm, involving mixed, beef, sheep, dairy and arable farming.
Studied and acquired a National Diploma in Agriculture.
Worked in the poultry shed construction industry since 1993 and became a Director and shareholder of Morspan Construction Ltd Construction Ltd in 2006.
Grew up on the family pig and poultry farm near Leven, Fife.

Started working for Morspan Construction Ltd in 2015 as Technical Sales Advisor.
In 2017 became a Sales Director of Morspan Construction Ltd.
Grew up locally and worked for Morspan Construction Ltd as a student in 1995 whilst obtaining a BSc Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams Agricultural College.
In 2003 returned to work full time with Morspan Construction Ltd within the drawing department advancing to become one of the senior draughtsmen responsible for the design process and CE Marking compliance. In 2015 became Technical Director for Morspan Construction Ltd Construction Ltd.
Grew up within the Poultry industry, gaining a degree in Management. Joined Morspan Construction Ltd in 2004, as Workshop Foreman, other roles have included H&S and Operations Manager dealing with all scheduling of works. In 2015 became Operations Director.
Joined Morspan Construction Ltd in 2010, with over 30 years experience in fabrication and welding. IOSH qualified.
Has worked for a number of years as a draughtsman for Morspan Construction Ltd, gaining experience in steel building design and cladding and has involved with the design and drawing of over 890 buildings.
Joined Morspan construction Ltd in 2016, bring experience in fabrication and engineering, to steel building design.
Worked for Morspan Construction Ltd for 13 Years. Has responsibility for all activities within the workshop, manufacturing the steel buildings. Has progressed in his post and is IOSH qualified.
Joined Morspan Construction Ltd in 1995, having previously worked in the construction Industry. Responsible for all procurement.
Joined Morspan Construction Ltd in 2006 on the shop floor, having gained experience his role has evolved to operations, working alongside Lewis John.
Joined Morspan Construction Ltd shortly after leaving college in 1997. Working in many different departments, retrained as a draughtsman in 2008, drawing on his knowledge from many years’ experience on the shop floor, he has creating many of the components used in our buildings.
Joined Morspan Construction Ltd in 2017, as a contracts manager, brings with him experience in operational management logistics and compliance, and is IOSH qualified
Qualified and experienced in Management with 35 years’ experience, working for ICI, Exxon Chemicals, BBA and Fibreweb both in the UK and abroad. Joined Morspan Construction Ltd in 2015, as Safety Officer, responsible for all aspects of H&S, including the approval and monitoring of all Sub-Contractors.
Worked within Morspan Construction Ltd for eight years, across a number of departments. Since 2015 been working in the drawing team, gaining experience and building his knowledge of steel buildings design.
Grew up on the family farm in Monmouthshire. Upon graduating from University, went to work in recruitment and compliance before specialising in Health and Safety. Joined Morspan Construction Ltd in 2022 as H&S Officer responsible for the management of all business activities.
